B-10 carb leak

I rebuilt the carb on my b-10. New jets, gaskets, emulsion tube, put it all together, turn on the gas, no leaks. Start it up, get it tuned runs great idle to WOT. HOWEVER, as I found while trying out my sickle bar, if it runs at half throttle or less for more than a few minutes, gas starts dripping from the bottom of the carb, it loads up and stalls. It doesn't leak at all when its shut off or at WOT only at about 1/2 or less. I've had it apart about 4 times since. Set the fuel level lower, put the old emulsion tube back in it, cleaned everything again, still the same. any ideas?

Are you sure that you have the correct type needle valve in it? Some are rbber tip and some are all metal tip.

positive. It doesen't leak at all when it's shut off, it's sat with the gas on overnight, no drips. The only thing I've thought of, and I'll check tonight, is whether the housings are warped at all allowing fuel to slosh inside the carb from vibration. But at this point I'm open to any and all suggestions or ideas

I have seen them leak gas out of worn throttle shafts on top of the bowl assembly. ..just a thought!
