Gents this is a question merely on the AWG of the wiring. Thanks to this forum, I have a great schematic, so now it boils down to what to order.

I would think that the -BATT>GND, +BATT>Switch, and +BATT>SG Gen Terminal would be of heavier gauges; would this be 4ga like a larger tractor?

I assume most people go with 10-14 ga on the other wiring?

Input appreciated.

I usually go to the local auto parts and buy ready made 12v battery cables for the ground and starter cables. Yes, 10-12-14 ga. will work for all the others.

I have 4 gauge for my 101 battery connections and either 16-18 gauge for the rest and no problem here.

Well I think I may have used a little bit of overkill but I found a cheap inverter kit on amazon and hacked that up. Hope it all works fine.

In process of doing:

-BATT>GND, +BATT>Switch, and Switch>SG Gen all in 4ga, all VR and ammeter wiring made up with 8ga, and on/off to points in 12ga.
