I never thought I would finish this.

Well, I still have to tear it apart and paint as needed, but it works ok.I bought an old Roticul and used the tines and extensions, as well as buying a set of tines from Dan Lonnen for the rebuild.I cut and bent the shields myself. The tiller grew from 32" to 46".
