Yep the wife and the kids have 2 horses. We stock up around 500 bales for the winter months.

We got some nice alfalfa. This was our first year using the big hay elevator and let me tell you my back sure appreciated the elevator.

dOddOd Looking good Chris but you really should paint it yellow to match your tractors.:DIs there enough shaft sticking out on the other side of the elevator to move the pulley and avoid having to cross the belt,or are the reduction sprockets in the way?....Dave

Real neat, I have only seen pictures of trhe elevator in old brochures. Nice to see on still in use! JH

Hahaha yep no kids in sight when I run that weedcutter. They stay far away for safety reasons.

Could have used that elevator to run bundles of shingles up onto the roof, when we were building the house! We had to carry all 40 square up by hand through the house. All 7 ton of them...:o)

Yeah the wife asked if we should hook up a little gas powered motor to the hay elevator? I told her I already did and pointed to the HB.
