CVSB10JCS Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Last year I removed the bracket thats hold both idler pullys and had the grooves rewelded and installed two new idler pullys and new PTO belt to deck, mowed great! This year the belt wore out and the "tab" on the swinging bracket is hitting up under the frame. Purchased another Simplicity belt and smoked it also, it seems like the PTO belts are too long and the spring pulls the "tab" up against the underneath of the frame and the belt either slips in heavy grass ot rubs against itself under the smaller idler pully. Any ideas???
BLT Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 Back to basics, what belt number and what mower deck product number.
