Throttle and choke lever problem old landlord

So my "c" clamp part of my Throttle and choke levers are broken(the ends of the 'c' are broken off). The part that mounts on the instrument cluster.

That is the metal right angled part that holds the cable sleeve in place to be able to move the inner core that opens and closes the choke and throttle.

I straightened out the right angles and I tried to use small wire holders bolted on the part, but they don't hold.

Can anyone tell me how to secure the choke/throttle cables or where I can find an usable replacement

Thanks

Thanks. I have had this tractor for couple months and just having a hard time getting it running solid. If I can secure the cable outer part, then I can see if I have carb issues better.
