Has anyone priced new mufflers for simplicity powermax and Allis 616/620 and 720 tractors?

Yes, they are availble from both AC and from Simplicity. The AC muffler exits out the side (LH) of the hood. The Simplicity version exits out the front grill. Both are expensive parts to replace. Steve

If anyone is discarding a used muffler of this type that is some what complete I would like to acquire it. I am interested in seeing how it was constructed on the inside. I will pay for shipping and handling. Ben

A club member emailed me the list price from simplicity. $182.00 I guess they are expensive. How much demand is there for these? I found a new one for substantially less than that. If anyone needs one let me know. Maybe I can get some more. No gaurantees on that.
