Sickle Sections & Rockguards

I noticed on ebay the other day, there were some Gravely sicklebar rockguards for sale which appear to be the same rockguards used on the AC/ Simplicity sicklebars. Does anyone know if the sickle section and rockguards are the same? If so, are they available through a Gravely dealer?

I have a whole 46" Sim bar with guards for parts but no knives,,,

I have used the sickle sections from the Jari sickle mowers and I think the gravely will work also. You may have to grind just a hair off the sides and drill new holes , I can't remember exactly, but it was minor work. The rock gaurds on the Jari's will not work however, and the ones on the Gravely would be questionable as well. The Jari gaurds are set at a different pitch than the Simplicity tractor mount units. I was going to look and see whether or not the ledger plates would interchange but I just have not made it there yet. Sam
