Looks like a nice show, thanks for the pictures! Always nice for those of us either too far away or too tied up to make it to be able to see the highlights. Thanks again!

Thanks for the pics Ken,..been looking online all day to try to find some of the event. Wish I could have been able to go to see it all and say I was there. While looking for pics today I read in the LaPorte paper that there is over 1000 tractors on display. All I can say is...WOW

Its been a fabulous show, and in talking with folks on my way home last nite, we will definitely have a larger crowd Saturday.

Looking forward to meeting a few more members!

Out of 685 (Anything with wheels) pieces mentioned Friday, there were about 145 garden tractors, 125 Thursday and 145 on Friday. Ron Hribar, Josh Thorton and myself combed the entire area riding the shuttle wagons both times. The total excluded the auction and vendor areas and included the housed units in the Simple Tractors building. Saturday AM Ron and I distributed Simple Tractors promotional stuff to the tractors that were displayed with the 'big boys' and noticed some empty areas where some exhibitors had left. There was a consignment auction that started at 10AM and was still going strong when Ron and I departed for Milwaukee, (12:30PM), that seemed to draw just about everybody who passed the admission gate as our display area was virtually dead. Sunday's portion runs from 9AM 'til Noon.

It was a great time. Lot's of fun talking with people and seeing all the old tractors....

12 hour drive was a bit tiring, I started to wonder if gathering of the orange was really for Allis-Chalmers or just the road construction barrels... seems like I found construction delays everywhere..

Others have posted many GT pics so I will add some of the other stuff seen at the GOTO. My pics include an unstyled WC pulling 2 16in. trail plows hooked in tandem; a couple of mini G's; a 220FWA; a model 100 All Crop combine, AC's first self propelled combine; a 2 cylinder power plant; several of the bigger iron such as the 440; 4W305, last of the big Allis tractors and a T16 Sugar Babe, first of the AC 4WD tractors. There are several of the older AC tractors including a pair of 6 12's hooked in tandem for heavier field work. Some Rumleys and a pair of big western plowing Aultman Taylors. The small JD D was made using an LUC combine engine on its side. It is very well thought out and constructed. Enjoy the pics...Thanks to everyone else for your pics as well.....Dave.
