Tech support explains slowness...

At the moment CrystalTech is experiencing some problems with a couple of its carriers which is causing intermittent slowness. We have been analyzing this since the problem was first detected and narrowed it down to two of our vendors. These lines were part of the scheduled maintenance that was done this past weekend. All parties involved are working solely on this issue, CrystalTech Network administrators and the necessary vendors. We apologize the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
