Square Pump Hydrolift

Does anyone have information on square pump hydrolift system?

I bought one with a cog belt and pulleys but the cog belt seems too long. Any info on this system or even just a belt number would be greatly appreciated. I'm having trouble finding anything on this system.

Thanks BLT for the fast reply.

Nice manual for the square pump hydrolift! In that manual, they show a v-belt and regular v- belt pulleys. The unit I purchased came with a flat cog tooth belt and matching pulleys.

However, when I installed it the belt is too long to adjust.

Is this homemade or did they ever come with the flat cogged belt?

I either need to get a shorter cog belt or start looking for a regular set of pulleys and v- belt. What do you think?

With the arrangement using the factory parts, 4" drive and driven pulley, along with a 3/8" X 22" belt it comes to a 4.71" shaft centerline distance. With that info a shop that sells cogs belt should be able to help you out.

Again, my thanks to all of you. This weekend I'll get to work on it. With the info you guys gave me, I should be hydrolifting soon!

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
