Homemade revitalizer

Has anyone here tried to make a homemade version of the revlitalizer implement? I have a 36" tiller for a sovereign, and a 5' tiller for my kubota.

Would like to replace the c-tines for straight or shallow angled times... Would be used to aerate the lawn, and loosen barren hard soil areas for reseeding (without overworking the soil or creating a hard pans).

Been researching cultivators, pasture aerators, discs, etc for ideas, but wanted to ask the experts here before drafting a design to be machined.

I've been looking for a revlitalizer for my 2012 Landlord for more than a year with out success. I've thought about the possibility of modifying my tiller to do the job, but so far I haven't done anything. If you make any mod's to your tiller, I'd appreciate any info you'd care to share!
