IS THERE ANY WAY THING I COULD DO TO MAKE THE ROTO TILLER NOT TURN UNTIL I AM READY TO USE IT.

Yes. Don't engage the PTO until you're ready to lower the tiller. It shouldn't be turning unless the center PTO lever is forward. If this isn't the case you have a problem. Brent

What are you trying to till with snow on the ground? Got to take out my wonderboy 700 with snow blower today.Started right up and did a good job with the 2 inches of snow.I used one when I was a young boy and this one works as good as the old one.Bob
