Simplicity 1691309 loader for 7117

Recommended Posts

I am looking at an FEL that is currently on ebay. Simplicity loader 1691309. Can this be worked with the 7117 and any hints on adapting? Price is right but not sure I can adapt it to the 7117.

You will have to build a custom mount to protect the Bfg on your 7117

That loader was not meant to fit on older models

And you will have to provide a pump for the loader

You can not drive it off the hydrostatic

That's a pretty hefty loader...much bulkier than the smaller early GT loaders you see from Ark, Johnson, Kwikway etc.

I had the displeasure of moving a factory Simplicity (henry) loader for the B series by hand, and then the larger Sunstar/Legacy type loader. The latter is MUCH heavier. It's also much stronger, and unless you were very careful, would quickly overcome a Sovereign platform, IMO.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
