T340 moving a big rock

Recommended Posts

Moving a 6 ton rock. Could only drag it straight, any turn would stop progress and pull me straight again.

Tough little machine , watch video at end

Tried first with the deere, no way

jacking, 7000lb jack didn't move even a corner much. 4 foot jack for reference

up enough to slip a sled under front edge at least, couldn't lift back end

Ready to try a pull

quote:I'm curious how you figured it's weight. id="quote">

That's simple. First, you get on the bathroom scale and weigh yourself. Then, you pick up the rock, get on the scale and weigh yourself again. Subtract your weight from the combined weight, and walla! It's genius!

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
