hard steering

as you fellas know i have 3 ac720s well the 720 with the ark 700 loader steers so hard no one can drive it.so i took the pitman arm off the steering box and turned the front wheels by hand they turned very easy so thats not the problem.so after thinking awhile i thought mabe the u-joints in the steering colum were siezed up.so apart comes the tractor.but after taking everthing off they were fine ok so it has to be the steering box so off it comes and sure enough its bound right up. take it apart and found that the bearing on the pitman shaft was frozen to the shaft replaced it and now it steers so easy i can hardly believe it.so my point is if your tractor steers hard check your steering box.
