Cab Heater

Recommended Posts

I know it's ugly, but it works great! When my son pointed out that there is clean warm air coming out of the front of the motor, we thought we could duct it back into the cab.Now this isn't exhaust, it's air from the flywheel cooling fan. On the front of the engine you will feel a nice stream of warm air coming out. After installing the dryer ductwork, we took a ride around the yard and it's great! A steady stream of 92 degree air in the cab!So if you don't mind drilling a few holes in your tractor, give it a try! I hope we get a big storm this week, so I can ride around with the heat on!

Great solution. You should put this in Show & Tell. More people will see it. I would like to see a pic of the engine end of your duct work. Is it wide and flat to capture air across all the fins?...Dave

At my first quick glance, I thought it might be the first turbo on a B series! LOL.

Seriously, I'm sure you will greatly enjoy moving snow with the warm air in the cab.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
