7013/b10 briggs compatibility

You will have to remove the oil pan an turn it around so the drain is on the proper side. The oil fill tube will interfere with the hood support. What I would do is remove the oil fill tube from the block and put a pipe plug in the hole. Then I would install a complete oil pan from a B-10 through B-212 so you have the fill on the block just like OEM, without cutting or hacking the rest of the tractor.

The dipstick hole in the top of the block IS NOT a standard pipe thread, if we are talking about the later version 15-16HP engines with the long plastic dipstick tube & threaded rubber grommet affair. It is the same course thread like the cap/plug on the oil pan filler neck that B&S has used forever. I had to cap it off when I put the 3264xx 16HP engine in my 3112 since you'd have to pull the hood off to check the oilCXX(; cap PN 281568.

If we are talking about the short STD pipe-threaded tube w/metal dipstick cap at the base of the block like was used on the 3300-3400 series engines, then Chris is also correct about plugging it off.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
