725 add-ons

The girlfriends kid has essentially taken over the 725. Since then he's been all over me to add a blade like my Landlord.I had a 42" blade and hitch from a broadmoor 717 I sold a while back.Hitch was easily modified to fit the 725.

Blade installed.

All was good until he wanted to plow one night despite total lack of snow. At any rate I extended the light bar and added the headlights from the same 717 that I held on to for just such an occasion.Really didn't want to alter the 725 but I had to drill two small holes in the grill support for the light bar and a 3/8" hole in the dash for the switch.

Not Original anymore but he likes it.

I think the boy having a good time and appreciating an old piece of equipment is worth the alterations. Nicely done! Now for some snow!

Agreed, anything that gets a 10 year old off of his laptop, tablet or Wii is a major plus in my book.

When I can pull him away from the electronics he actually gets into helping with maintenance as well as rolling around the lake trying to impress the little ladies with his tractor.
