Command Breather?

I'm servicing my father-in-laws Prestige again and it looks like a crank seal is leaking again. Where's there breather located on a CV-20?

Behind the carb in the vee of the block. There could be a hose connected to the air cleaner pan leading you to it.

Is this something that I can service with a crankcase full of oil or should I drain it first?

Finally got around to this project. Took everything off so I can get to the breather cover and when I took it off there's nothing in there. Isn't there supposed to be a reed valve and possibly a breather filter in there? Anyone have a picture of what I'm supposed to be seeing in there?
