I have been into GT's for 30 years but I've never seen one of these:http://akroncanton.craigslist.org/grd/4946274150.htmlPretty cool. I'd buy it, but I already have enough project tractors!Dave

Ive seen a number of them and his price seems decent. The tiller is probably quite desirable. New batteries ($600) and electrical work ($?) could make the machine itself a challenge.

I had a local collector tell me once that they are superior to other GTs in many ways, but unfortunately battery power is along the lines of replacing the Briggs in a Simplicity every couple years.

A friend had the Wheel Horse model of the same tractor, sold it to another friend. Guy #2 bought new batteries spent additional money also. Still couldn't get it going, he dismantled it and hauled it in for scrap. another friend bought the batteries for his HD golf cart.

I have the four tires, they still have the cat wiskers.
