difference in Carbutetors

anyone know the difference between a Briggs and Stratton Carburetor #391073 and 391074?

besides the last digit in the number. they look the same to me

Probably not much. Google tells me they fit the same engines, the only thing I see different in pictures is the choke lever. 03 has holes for a cable and 04 does not.
