ac 416 shuttle charging problems

my tractor will not hold a charge. the alternator seems to be fine. i replaced the part on the firewall ....still no charge. any help??????????

Could be a bad battery. If not, hook up a volt meter across battery. Should have 13+ volts with engine running at high speed.
