Recommended Posts

My son in law bought a 4212 hydro that is not starting. I'm looking for a wiring diagram to start with. Also wondering if there is a way to test the safety module for defects. When you turn the key nothing happens but the fuse clicks out. I have tested all safety switches, they appear to be working. #1691340 is the chasis numberXX(

Welcome to the club.

If your circuit breaker keeps on recycling, that's an indication there is a short. When there is a short, the wires warm up. So for starts see if you get a warm spots in the wiring, There might be a wire diagram in the operator manual that you can download. Look at the top of this thread.

Dave the wiring diagrams are not to be found on line easily. They are not in the available PDFs for the product or engine, either the IPLs or OMs.

However I have copies of the diagrams i got from RayS

You can eiither PM me your email, OR email me (see below) and i will reply with the drawings as attachments.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
