Mower arbor shims?

I have a couple holes on my 48" deck that are getting thinner or are pulled a little. Is there a spacer/shim/washer kind of thing that can be used on the top side to pull the arbor up flat to the deck like a large washer but without interfering with the pulley?

Maybe a fender washer? They are large diameter, small hole washers, available most hardware places. Not real thick, might take two washers to be strong enough.

I came to the similar idea, but took the fender washer and folded it upward to make it clear the pulley.
