Red headed stepchild

So, the red headed stepchild Homlite / Simplicity was finally up and runnign and put to work. Stole the winter shoes from my 7119/8, rebuilt the carb, and got her up and runnin'. Freed up the Sundstrand, tightened up the steering, electic lift works, a good power bath, and................all of the lights work! Not quite up to speed yet as far as I am concerned, theBriggs needs some help. But it earned a little bit of keep today. Any Homelite boys interested?8D

There is another one similar to this For Sale in the Eau-Claire section on CL

I'll be darned. This one has the blue paint underneath, but everything points to a factory Simplicity paint and decal setup. And here after posting in talking tractors, we all thought it was an anomaly or maybe someone did, years ago, take a Homelite and make it a Simplicity. Hmmmm interesting. Port musta had a run of spare parts!

I must say you have to lose the yellow seat. Find a Deere guy to sell it to. LOL

There was another one listed on the local CL about the same time yours was listed Brett. Now there's another for sale up north??

Yeah, the yellow seat is "hideous". At least that's how Barb described it.
