Kohler TH18-54511, Starter P/N 28 755 30-S is NLA, but rebuild parts are. Check out partstree.com for exploded views and parts lists w/ cost. I have one of these engines in my Sovereign and I am in the process of purchasing a Command engine along with associated Simplicity parts for replacement when needed.

Had mine rebuilt at a local shop that does electric motors, starters, and generators about 8 months ago, around 80.00 bucks. Check around to see if you have a place like that in your area. Chris in Florida.

I think I have a Triad starter.

When I got my latest 75th I picked the starter from the pile of blownTriad parts hoping it would fit a Command but it didn't.

I don't think I tossed it - but can I find it?

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
