engine transplant

I believe the JD-110 always used a K-181 (8HP) engine. The JD-112 used a HH-100 Tecumseh. The latest version of the 112 may have been a Kohler K-301, but I don't claim to be an expert, and it's been too many years since working on these venerable tractors to remember. The engine profile on these JD's with the K-241 through K-341 was the "Cub Cadet" style narrow block/oil pan/mounting footprint VS what Simplicity used, so it would not be a direct bolt-in compatible replacement.
