acken 173 Posted September 21, 2015 I finished making my right hand lift, painted, and mounted it. This is what I was hoping to end up with. I can do the heavy moving with the rear scraper, and finoish with the belly blade.

mwells 8 Posted September 23, 2015 Looks great Ken!! Does the big ten pull that scraper ok?
PhanDad 3,622 Posted September 24, 2015 Wow what a setup. I would think you'd need some front weight when you lift that bad boy on the back. And the Big Ten looks too clean to be a worker: and you need to paint the grader blade hitch black to be perfect.
GregB 941 Posted September 24, 2015 Got any construction pics or more detail on "building the RH Lift" What did you start with or modify, How did you make the quadrant? Oh yea, the rest is pretty cool also
Johnrenk 40 Posted September 28, 2015 Now that is a great job, did not know there was a belly blade for them, also like the duel wheels, do you still need chains for snow?

Generally, the smaller the footprint, the better the bite.
acken 173 Posted September 29, 2015 The quadrant was built from scratch (MWells provided pattern). I used lift lever from FDT, shortened to correct length. The Big Ten handles it just fine, with hydraulic in float, not sure about pulling with scarifiers down in hard stuff. Normally I have a front counterweight on,buit that don't work with the belly blade on. May make a stationary front weight to keep the front end on the ground better. Thanks for the comments.
