CH20 Mechanical Help Wanted

Can anyone help me in the Holland/Grand Rapids with some CH20 engine work? I am short on time and courage to replace (or machine) the heads and replace the head gaskets. I know this is needed because of the presence of oil in the air-cleaner. I have already replace the reed valve and gasket. Looking for an enthusiast mechanic where I can drop off the engine (hopefully near) for the work to be done. I can pull the engine and deliver/pick-up. I am looking for the overall "best practices" work to be done on a 1000+ hour engine.

After this is done, I have an M18 that is needing an evaluation. Both are from my much loved Sunstars. I am open to all ideas and I am happy to pay for the work.
