64 LL Gas tank fitting

Anyone know the part # of the 1/8 pipe x 1/4" nipple fitting with screen from a 64 LL gas tank ? Are they available ? Busted mine off. Is there any modification to make the fuel flow better on a 64 LL with a origonal 9 hp engine ? This is a 90 degree fitting, would a straight one work ? What inline micron fuel filter would you recommend ?

either a straight one or a 90% will work. I got mine in brass from lowe's. the in-tank screen sometimes clogs and it's hard to tell just what the problem is. so I ran a line w/o a filter-until the first time the carb plugged up with rust flakes.

now I have retrofitted all my fleet with the glass bowl sediment filters; they were stock on the B-1. this way I can tell with a glance if I have fuel flow and if I have crud in the bowl
