Sovereign 3012 Hydrolift Front lift Lever Removal

Recommended Posts

Help! I'm trying to remove the front lift lever from the lift lever shaft on my Sovereign 3012 Hydrolift. I have all the collars and bearings loose and they slide on the shaft, but I can't get the lift lever loose from the shaft.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for any ideas other than taking a grinder to the shaft.B)

Thanks for the help. I have an older puller that just wouldn't stay on the backside of the lever base. The two jaw puller looks to be a must have. That and maybe a bearing separator.

Regardless, I'm back on the path of disassemmbly. sm01

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁

It's in pretty sad shape, but yes I have a yellow plastic cap that I'm fairly certain is what you need. PM me your details and I'll get it out to you.
