Kohler M20 spec # 49544 Walbro Carb

I replaced the fuel pump in my Sunstar shortly after I bought it because it was starving for fuel back in July. I also replaced all fuel line and filter from the tank to the pump at that time. It wouldn't start again this Saturday so I pulled the hose off the outlet side of the pump and cranked it. The pump is "spitting" fuel while cranking so I dont think thats the problem this time. It will run while dripping raw fuel through the carb horn.So I pulled the carb and disassembled and cleaned. I am looking for a kit which contains necessary gaskets and a new needle. I did find a small brass orifice that was plugged solid so I suspect that was why she wouldn't run. (pictured in the center) (anyone know what that is?) Also if anyone has a diagram of the guts of this carb should look like would be great for reassembly.Thanks in advance,Tim

That should be your main jet.I have the same tractor and engine.It needs a carb overhaul as well....25 757 02 S is your Kohler kit #

After cleaning up the carb I reinstalled today with Kohler carb kit 25 757 11s and she is purring like a kitten again.
