1920/sunstar leaf vac question

I recently acquired the rear PTO driven vacuum for my AGCO 1920. anybody know what tire setup is needed to have room for the hose from the deck. I'm guessing I will need to go with the narrow rim wheel. The 1920 has the 26x12-12 optional tires, which is swapped out for the 23x10.5-12 lugs to run the 48"deck

I'm going to try switching the lug tires from side to side to see if the off set/backspacing will bring them under the fender enough to clear the vac hose connection. IS there any problem mounting the wheel inside out on the hub? I know the valve stem will be on the outside, but not sure if the stamped area around the lug holes will seat properly if reversed.
