My kohlers in Exmarks get a sizeable amount of grass sucked in , have to clean couple of times year

I regularly use the leaf blower to clean out fins on my 23 hp Vanguard

The other day I noticed grass sticking out of one of the tins covering a spark plug

Took blower housing off and was surprised to see all the grass in there

Will do it every time I service motor from now on

I always feel the hot air from the shroud. If it feels lower volume then check, if not sooner. Even if it isn't mice there is still hay and junk.

thats what i do i take my covers off once a year and really clean it out
