36 inch turbo collection system bearings

Just finished leaf pickup for the year and noticed that my 36 inch turbo collection system was quite noisy than usual and would slow down and speed up depending on amount of leaves entering the system. Has anybody had their bearings go on this system? Also does anybody have one for sale or parts. The turbo collection system plastic housing (upper and lower has seen better days). I patched the holes numerous times with sheet metal and rivets.
