4041 steering arm removal

Hi folks,

I have the carcass stripped except for the steering arm. My pullers wont work on it. Anyone have a suggestion? It is the arm on the splined output shaft of the steering box. Appreciate it.

I've used a Harbor Freight bearing puller, no problem

I use an OTC brand puller with no issues.
