Posting picture to talking Tractors

I am having problems posting a picture to talking Tractors, I read the post but when I try and upload, it says (no file to upload)

What am I doing wrong.

Just uploaded this one. Not sure what your issue is,but photo up?oad is working as long as the pic is 150k or less (used to be 100k limit).

What is the I-pads default file name for images?

"If the picture file name has spaces or symbols @#%^&*() in it rename the file with out them."

Just uploaded this one:

Before I resized the image it was 1200x1200 and larger than 150K.Error message said no file to upload.Then after I resized to 640x853 and about 97K file uploaded fine.There used to be a link to a free picture resize program somewhere.I use a Very old version of Photoshop Elements.Greg
