retrofit elec. lift on AC 314?

I have an Allis Chalmers 314 with manual lift. Can anyone tell me if it would be possible to retrofit and electric lift on this tractor? If so, where I might find one and the cost? Thanks for any help!

Bruce, as far I know the electric lift kit is no longer available. You can buy the whole kit via parts. But it is very expensive. I need the electric motor only for mine, but GULP! list price is $198. Used ones will be hard to find as they were not very durable.

Bruce, If the 314 uses basically the same frame as the 112 and 212 then you should be able to adapted the older hydraulic lift. Much better system than the electric. I don't know anything about a 314 so I don't know how difficult it would be. Tim

The 314 uses an entirely different frame (built by Outdoor Products and not Simplicity). The hydraulic lift system Tim is talking about would not easily fit, but if there is a desire there is usually a way.
