7117 snowthrower hitch

I was wondering if some one could post a pic of a snowthrower hitch for either the 36" (1690547) thrower or the 42" (1690548) thrower. the hitch # is 1690557. Thanks Jim

I think if you do a search you'll find exactly what you are looking for. There was a discussion about 2 months ago on this very subject and pictures as well.

Unable to post a picture but, the 1690557 snowblower hitch is the single pulley style hitch which uses the long belt to drive the blower from the center PTO.

Hi, we have a customer who converted his old hitch off a 7010 into a rear drive hitch. He had replaced the engine with a v-16 b&s so the front clutch was not an option. If you know a good welder-fabricator, it is not difficult to change the front hitch to a rear hitch. The only difference is you will need a longer belt. I don't remember the lenght, but the new hitch can be used on an older model. If you have any questions just drop us an email. I am currently working on this conversion kit!
