does anyone know if the air cleaner housings and top cover on a 18 hp kohler is the same as the ones on a 22 hp or a 25 hp kohler.

18HP to 27HP, vertical and horizontal Command V-twin top covers are the same. Plates underneath may have different number of triangular corner openings. There are external HD cleaners (cylindrical) that are different.
