416h Fuel Pump

I need to buy a new fuel pump for my 16hp kohler model k3413 spec#71106a It is not rebuildable anymore.The local parts guy that I deal with here in ontario recomends a aftermarket one.Would like to hear from the club members on this.As to go that way or buy a Kohler. Thanks Brian

I rebuilt my 314 this summer and replaced the pump with an aftermarket. It is already showing leakage. I would recommend a Kohler. travis
