Throwing Snow today 3112V (New pics 01/25/2016)

Was out Sunday, after an overnite "dusting" on the drive, turnaround, grass (leaves)!Just "back dragging" to remove the under lying leaves, down to the crushed stone (help prevent the typical buildup of ice (up to 8"), that lasts until April some years!sm02

Monday became a firewood day, after dragging logs out of the woods on Sunday! Halfway through the splitting, the low pressure return hose on the splitter sprung a leak, today is fix the splitter,and try to get the lights operating on the 2110/12!

This weekend promises to be the first significant snowfall of the season, NWS is not sure yet how much will arrive from the west coast stormsm00

Looks gooddOd Glad you were able to get some seat time. We got a dusting last night just enough to be a PITA, wondering if we'll ever get enough to blow.

id="quote">Thanks Lloyd,Yes I understand, we have not had much of any snow in MA this year so far.This last storm I was in process of setting up the 3112 when it hit, so by the time I got to it, the sun had come out and and turned it into a very wet snow.We are due to be getting a storm this weekend, so now being ready to go, I can get some more seat time and throw some powder hopefully.I will post some more pictures when that happens.Best Regards,

Nice job, Awesome snow machine.dOd I have an identical tractor but not the nice new Cab :(

Is the stinger required for the hydrolift to raise a blower? I've only had a dozer on mine thus far...

id="quote">Greg thanks for the positive feedback.Yes, I would say the stinger weight is absolutely a must to lift that heavy blower.Best Regards,

id="quote">Thank you for the kind words.It is a bit of a relief to have this tractor back together.I have had many different obligations. I had to do an hour here and there when I could.I had never set this up for snow before. I was pretty happy with to get it all working.I will keep the pictures coming.Best Regards,

id="quote">
id="quote">Thanks Rick,I have only use it once so far, but it was quite comfortable.It really stops the wind. I felt like I was in my only little cocoon.I'll let you know when I get more seat time in cold temps.Best Regards,

I have a 3212H with hydro lift and stinger is not needed to lift the blower.I rebuilt the hydro lift years ago and it still strong enought to lift the front of the tractor

id="quote">Thanks Larry,I will have to try it sometime without the stinger. Of course the extra weight on the back is a plus regardless for traction and assisting the hydraulics.Best Regards,
