I think it says "fill to line with ?? oil"

Huffy, for some reason the picture in that link won't open for me today. I know it does since I've seen it before.

The best evidence of that would be that it's stated in the manual. I used to have a copy of that, too, but for some reason am having trouble finding that on my computer today as well. (It's been a while since I accessed my fdt files).
