I was working on the tractor today, removing the hydrostatic control lever, and out fell a small ball bearing and I have no clue where it came from. anybody know ? Iam in the process of restoring the ol workhorse, Taking lots of pics along the way.

On the hyrdolift handle there is a lever that you squeeze when you move the hydrolift handle. There is a spring that is connected to the lever and there is a spot for the ball bearing to sit in. On the tractor there is a metal guide with a groove in it. The ball bearing moves along that groove and locks the lever in place. Pressing the chrome lever reduces the pressure on the ball bearing freeing the handle up to move forward and reverse.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁

It's in pretty sad shape, but yes I have a yellow plastic cap that I'm fairly certain is what you need. PM me your details and I'll get it out to you.
