cub cadet kohler command

So I've found a cub for sale for a good price for a command donor. Model is 2186 is this engine able to bolt up to a sovereign and since it leaks oil badly is it worth my time to go get 2-3 hours away.

Tractor has 683 hours at least.

Bottom line what's it worth for a leaking Command ?

I believe the footprint of the engine is the same. It might even have the required flywheel adapter on it. I would be curious as to why its leaking oil. If its just a crankshaft seal or rocker cover then that is not a big deal. If it was cared for the hours are not very high. A new engine is pretty pricey. I have seen used ones are often $250+ and maybe that is on the low side.
