Simplicity color question

Another question on my 3212H restore.

Anyone know what year simplicity painted the seat white.from what i can tell the seat on mine must have been replaced ,It is white and after sandblasting that appears to be original paint color ,mine is a 1970 sovereign

looks like it should be orange. Is that correct? It Is the older flatter seat.
