Blower Pusher

Had to do a double take when I was at the local mechanic's shop. I know the mechanic and needed some help. Anyway, I saw this. He said it had to be an old gear driven blower to work, but they use it to push cars around.

It's a Briggs 4 or 5 HP engine, maybe and has an air cleaner and snowblowers didn't have any. I think all snowblowers were TEC powered, so it would be neet if there is a product number on it. Could be pasted on flat behind engine or above the tires.
