bosmatj 0 Posted March 27, 2016 Our local small engine guy built a working Kohler 16 out of the 3 dead ones we had, and repowered our AC 916H. The strange thing now is that when idling in neutral, the tractor creeps backward. It does that with such force that it will walk over a 4" brick set behind the wheel. Any ideas on why it happens and how to fix it? And, yes, the neutral setting is right between the arrows on the rear shifter plate. Thanks!

Only difference is Briggs engine instead of Kohler. Did some more searching. Here is a link to the AC owners manual http://bsintek.basco.com/BriggsDocumentDisplay/heCyEN8ctF0rE3CGh54bp796Dq.pdf Here is a link to the parts list.
