trying to figure out what the story is with my hydro on my 3212h. Before I disassembled I had trans oil all over ,not sure where it was coming from , I am rebuilding the tractor from the ground up nut and bolts project . Does anyone know where I can get parts to rebuild the pump are they still available . I am venturing into unknown waters as I have never messed with a trans pump before .But figure if I can do it if I go slow and take my time .anyone have any experience with these.

Thanks Gary

The pintle shafts in these wear out the cast iron case. Very smooth hydro with a major design flaw. Later they came with bushings and you can have the bushings installed in the case from a machine shop.

There is an article in Tech Tips with and address to a company that does this. Also Sandy Lake Implement, a long time site supporter did or does this as well.

I had a friend who works at a machine shop do the bushings in the Vickers from my Allis 416H. I did not realize that this one already had bushings but they were iron. He just pressed them out and installed brass ones to fit the pintle shafts after he cleaned them up.

He is working on the Vickers from my Allis HB-112 now which does not have bushings.

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
